गते-भविष्ये मा निमज्ज
क्रुधायां-चिन्तायां-भीत्यां मा निमज्ज
वर्तमानयेव भव
जीवनस्पृशनं अनुभव
इयं समस्थितिः मा शुचः
Do not drown in anger,worry and fear too,
Be only in the present,
Experience the touch of life,
This is verily Mindfulness, worry not.
