Michael Jackson - Black Or White (Shortened Version)
आत्मवत् सर्वभूतेषु द्रष्टव्यम् (Atmavat sarvabhUteSu draSTavyam)
आत्मवत् सर्वभूतेषु द्रष्टव्यम् |
आत्मवत् = Like self
सर्वभूतेषु = All beings
द्रष्टव्यम् = Should look at.
Therefore it doesn't matter if you are black or white, we should look at all beings as we look at ourselves.
This seems simple but very few people can have equal vision(समदर्शिनः).
Most of us have preconceived notions but we do not seek to decipher for ourselves yet feel another is always not on the right path.
There is no right or wrong path.
There is only the path best suited for us.
