Translation:



The Fire God is of two classifications. God of the sages lives in their hearts.

God of the dim-witted  lives in idols. But those who have equal vision ,they see God everywhere and in an everything.





Well, here Chanakya seems to not favor the practice of idol worship and he certainly favored omnipresence of God.
