त्वम्(tvam) means You(for both masculine and feminine)

भवान् (bhavAn) means You for a male


भवती (bhavatI) means You for a female.



एव (eva) is a word of emphasis which means Only/Verily.


भव(bhava) is an Imperative Mood(Verb/Tense) which means Be!
